Domestic Services

FDX 1 Overnight Delivery

This service is available between Gaborone and Francistown and delivery will be effected by 12h00 on the next business day following collection.

FDX 2 24 - 48 hour delivery

This service is available throughout Botswana and delivery will generally be effected between 24 - 48 hours after the day of collection, depending on origin and/or destination. A further delay of up to 24 hours may be experienced on shipments to or from an Outlying Delivery Area.

FDX 3 48 - 72 hour delivery

This service is available between Gaborone, Francistown and Selebi-Pikwe and delivery will be effected between 24 - 72 hours after the day of collection.

Regional Services

RP Regional Priority

A premium overnight door-to-door service is available the next business day following collection from Gaborone to major centres in Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zimbia and Zimbabwe. Please be advised that this service is subject to customs clearance. A delay of 24 - 48 hours may be experienced for shipments that do not originate from Gaborone and/or are destined to an Outlying Delivery Area at destination.

RR2 Regional Economy Road

Consignments are delivered between 2 - 5 days after the day of collection, depending on the origin and/or destination. This service is offered between Gaborone, Francistown and South Africa only. Please be advised that this service is subject to customs clearance. A delay of 24 - 48 hours may be experienced for shipments that do not originate from Gaborone and Francistown and/or are destined to an Outlying Delivery in South Africa.

Specialised Repair and Return Service

Repair and Return Procedure for damaged/broken goods being returned in South Africa. There are 2 methods.

1. The damged goods moves to South Africa on an invoice stating the vale of the good in it's damaged state. Vat of 14% will be paid on this invoice as the product enters South Africa. On re-entry into Botswana, the repaired value of the product will be 10% Vat payable to Botswana customers.

2. There is a process called Vat 262. Thos form is filled in quadruplicate and will move with the damaged product. The form consists of Part A & B is filled in by the shipper, who by filling in this form is committing to SARS that the damaged product will return in 30 days. The form is stamped by SARS as the goods exite who keep the original. There carbonized SARS, stamped forms move with the damaged goods to the repairer, once goods are fixed, the repairer must complete part B of the form and submit it with the repaired good, so that on re-entry into Botswana, SARS can acquit repaired product. If any of the above product is not followed the sender is subject to a R1000.00 fine plus 14% re-entry Vat of the original value when shippment was exported.
